HISTORY:

Born to a rich set of parents, they wanted something more... "Exotic." So, when he turned ten, they paid off Team Plasma into turning him into a Shifter so they could hide the mutations better yet still have the half-Pokemon son they wanted. Something when wrong, however, and he lost all of his memories. His personality changed from the perfect son to that of a rambunctious kitten. His vocal cords were somehow altered, and he could only let out meows, purrs, growls, and a few words here and there. He was still a shifter, but with how things turned out, his parents didn't want him anymore. So Team Plasma kept him, making sure he did not leave the lab unless accompanied by someone responsible and if he had a collar and leash on. Five years of this, and he still has yet to learn how to properly dress himself...
