HISTORY: He was born in Nuvema Town, no big deal. He was the elder of twins, his younger sister being named Yin. Their parents were strict and uptight, and decided to send him away to military school at a young age. It was there he met his first pokemon, a Litwick. He turned cold and hostile towards others, preferring the company of pokemon. Soon he had started a rescue business of sorts, taking in pokemon that were abandoned by soldiers at the academy. He learned to battle, feeling sympathy for the way these poor pokemon were treated, and became top-of-his class.
But then, when the headmaster found out about his hobby, the majority of his pokemon were confiscated and he was kicked out. He returned home at age ten, convincing his sister to run away with him and join Team Plasma to benefit their newfound love for pokemon. However, Yin quickly grew sick and took to being bedridden. Yang is still taking care of her.
